Returns Policy
At I am Pottery by Anna, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not delighted with your art product, we're happy to accept returns.
Returns Window
You can return your product within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure the product is in its original condition, with all original packaging and tags included.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at annamoszczenskaart@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for sending the product back to us at your own cost. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Damage During Transit
If the package is damaged during transit, we cannot be held responsible, and refunds may not be issued in such cases. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage.
Condition of Returned Items
We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that are damaged or not in their original condition. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in the same state as it was received.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Exceptions
Please note that custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for returns, unless defective or damaged.
